Holidays of Hope is a Gift Greeting program showcasing local artists and benefitting the Cancer Wellness Foundation of Central Alabama.

Each year an original work of art is selected and offered in a Limited Edition print, beautifully packaged and carefully mailed to recipients on your personal gift list. Included with each gift print is a personalized greeting card expressing warm holiday greetings from you.

The price for each Limited Edition print shipped is $20.00 per print. If you prefer to deliver the Gift Package yourself, the cost is $15.00 each. You may pick up your Gift Packages at 4260 Carmichael Ct N, Montgomery, AL 36106. Proceeds from this annual project support the Wellness Foundation in their efforts to assist local cancer patients and their families with transportation to and from treatment, financial assistance for prescription medications and much needed social services.

The Doves

The Cancer Wellness Foundation of Central Alabama deeply appreciates the contribution of artist, Katie Reifenberg Pinson.

This limited edition print was reproduced from her original painting and made available exclusively for the 2024 Holidays of Hope. Holidays of Hope is an annual project providing support for cancer patients and their families in central Alabama.

About the artist:

Katie Reifenberg Pinson is a native of Montgomery, Alabama and is the artist behind Katherine Reifenberg Art. She has always been inspired by animals and nature. She had always loved art, but began to paint animal portraits because her parents wanted a portrait of their dog, Lili. From there friends and family began asking her to paint portraits of their animals.

Katie is also a breast cancer survivor. She was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carinoma and also went through treatment during the pandemic. Since she had to be isolated from friends and family she found painting to be a comfort and great stress reliever.

She currently has her work on display and available for purchase at Five Points Deli and The Pike Road Art Center.

The Montgomery Cancer Center, Cancer Wellness Foundation, and American Cancer Society all hold very special places in her heart. She hopes her paintings will provide energy, warmth, joy and hope.
