It is a life mission of mine to make a difference for the better in this world of ours. At a young age CANCER became a reality of my world when both of my Aunts were diagnosed with cancer. Since then I have had several friends that I have watched their battles with this terrible disease. Those journeys have inspired me to help raise awareness and funds through the years.
15 years ago, when I created my first cancer balloon ribbon, I knew I had found my ability to be part of something bigger than myself. Kreative Moments has allowed me to be part of some of the most inspiring stories of hope, the celebrations of battles won, and events honoring those who have fought some the strongest fights against cancer.
Since 2022, I have been honored to create for Women in Blue kickoff. Every year I have looked at the class of Women in awe for the inspiration to make a difference in the awareness of colon cancer. After the kick off in 2025, I received a phone call that I never thought would be one I would have to answer. One of my closest friends spoke the words of her stage 3 diagnosis of colon cancer. Watching her journey is my inspiration to rise to be the best Women in Blue, I can possibly be. Jennifer has battled with grace and poise. I hope to do the same through my campaign as a Women in Blue. It is my desire to raise awareness of colon cancer and raise funds to help the mission of the Cancer Wellness Foundation. Please join me to be a world changer whether it is through donation of monies, awareness raised for colon cancer, or encouragement of those battling this awful disease. We will fight until a cure is found and proudly wear blue.
